- Proven experience in a 4 – 5 star hotel
- Have capability to coordinate Kitchen operation and F&B Service admin, operations,
financial. Menu innovation, costing and engineering, Operating Equipment control.
Training & develop team's talents. Work with Sales & Marketing to promote outlets,
products and services and maximize event revenue & yield.
- Direct Food Safety and Hygiene to international standards and ensure compliance with all
local regulation
- Advance level of English both written or spoken
- Advance leadership skill, self motivated, mature, hard worker and able to work with under
pressure
- Able to operate computer and hotel system
2. Human Resources Development Manager (HRDM) with the following qualifications:
- Have experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- To have capability to enhance morale and productivity, limit job turnover, and help
organizations increase performance and improve results, to improve employee skills,
provide training and development opportunities
- Able to work with under pressure
- Good English in both written or spoken
- Able to operate computer and hotel system
