1. Principal Exploration Geologist (Code: PEGEO)
Responsibilities:
Assisting with the development of exploration plans including budgeting and schedules
Project manage the implementation of exploration plans
Ensure exploration activities are carried out in line with safety / hazard / environmental management plans
Provide direction to, oversee the work of, and develop the skills of Exploration Geologists
Ensuring accurate and appropriate data collection
Prepare accurate geological maps, models and reports for various stakeholders
Undertake geostatistical analysis to enhance reserve and resource estimations
Provide specialist advice and give recommendations for key decisions to be made
Managing relevant external consultants,
Quality control and assurance of geological data acquisitions and reports,
2. Senior Exploration Geologist (Code: SREX-GEO)
Responsibilities:
Setting daily priorities for all exploration activities and personnel associated with these activities,
Ensuring accurate and appropriate data collection of geologic mapping, geochemical sampling and drilling
Manage and co-ordinate data acquisition components of the exploration and drilling programme including, but not limited to, logging, sampling and database
Quality control and assurance of geological data acquisitions and reports,
Comprehensive tracking of all components of the exploration programme,
Provide regular and comprehensive reports to the Management Team and key stakeholders on progress,
Ensuring all activities are carried out within the constraints and conditions of Ground Disturbance Permits which cover the Environmental aspects of the exploration programme.
Requirements:
Strong and proactive behaviors in Safety and Environmental performance,
8+ years experience for Senior and 10+ years for Principal.
Tertiary qualifications in Geology,
Strong experience in all facets of porphyry and epithermal gold copper exploration,
Computer literate for exploration programs
Good communication skills, both written and oral,
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise in order to manage a diverse workload and personnel to ensure the safe and timely completion of the programme and
Be a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player.

3. SENIOR GEOLOGIST (3 Persons, each with specialization in Gold, Coal or Mineral Mining) – Code: SR-GEO
STATUS EMPLOYMENT : CONTRACT
LOCATION : ALL OVER INDONESIA
Responsibilities:
Arrangement and supervision of preparation of project documentation, geological (geophysical, topographical) survey result reports, feasibility reports and substantiation, estimation of mineral reserves.
Preparation of proposals to higher management for improvement of work organization, production and management of geological field and office activities.
Organization of field works and office studies, laboratory and other researches and control over these activities.
Ensuring of implementation of the decrees on measures for environmental protection and conservation of mineral resources, licensing, summarizing reports on geological issues and other documents.
Envisage of methodological assistance to the personnel of geological teams in respect of working activities, projecting and reporting issues.
Organization and reparation of reports about results of geological works, summarizing of other geological material (feasibility study, projects, estimation of reserves, etc.)
Management of production activity of geological party. Determination of production plans and working schedules for geological teams and control of its implementation in accordance with approved plans.
