ILI System Technician (exp in PCB/ Surface Mount Soldering) – Singapore / Jakarta
Responsibilities:
Prepares, assembles, integrates and tests electronic and mechanical parts based on mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
Assists in the collection and maintenance of ‘as-built’ records,
Reviews project requirements and makes any necessary tool modifications,
Fabricates or modifies parts as needed utilizing available tools and materials,
Provides support to the field service by configuring ILI tools for customer specific requirements,
Assists in the development, assembly, and testing of new equipment to enable more reliable and improved ILI equipment;
Performs routine and preventative maintenance on inspection equipment (mechanical or electronic) to ensure desired field performance
Troubleshoots and repairs all service equipment to field deployment in accordance with established assembly and configuration procedures,
Identifies and suggest corrections for fit and finish problems with parts and assemblies
Requirements:
Degree in Electronics or equivalent by work experience,
Demonstrated knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within electronic technology, advanced understanding of electronics digital and analog circuits, and an extensive understanding of hardware, firmware and software used by MagPie MFL and DEF tool is required,
Ability to assemble complete MFL and DEF inspection tools with minimum supervision
Good knowledge in PCB
Demonstrated surface mount soldering skills necessary for fabrication of wiring harnesses, battery packs and SMT
IT literate
High degree of autonomy and good communication skills
Fluent in English
Willing to travel extensively across Far East Asia Pacific, FEAP region.
Willing to be base in Jakarta

Salary Range – $3,000 – $3,500 / 7 million Rupiah
