Qualification :
- Master's Degree/Post Graduate program in Psychology or equivalent (preferable with profession degree as Psychologist) from reputable Universities
- Minimum of 3 years experiences as Recruitment & Talent Ass. Manager or 5 Years as Supervisor level
- Good knowledge in using psychological test and psychological report
- Competent in Behavioral & Target interview
- Experienced recruiters/headhunters with managerial experiences, especially in real estate/property recruitment will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
- Leader, self-starter and possess ability to see projects through completion
- Possess strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
