* Supervise all ongoing financial and accounting operations within the company
* Prepare, analyze and review annual budget and forecast
* Responsible for accounts consilidation, cash/fund flow forecast, company taxation and budgeting, etc
* Manage loan facility agreements and cash resources
* review and prepare financial reports to top management on company's performance
* In charge of feasibilities studies and other fund raising activities
* Review and formulate financial and accounting policies, procedures and internal control system
Requirements:
* ACCA, CPA or Degree in Accountancy with a good mix of management and financial accounting skills
* 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
* Analytical, meticulous and keen eye for details
* Possess a resilient personality with ability to cope with rapid changes and growth in a fast growing business environment
* An effective bilingual negotiator with good communication and interpersonal skills
