- Minimum 10 years experience in exploration drilling, including 5 years as a drill supervisor
- Proficient in English (both oral and written)
- Basic computer skills
- Having strong leadership skills and valuable track record.
b. Driller
- Minimum 2 years experience as a driller in mineral exploration drilling
- Having good personality and valuable track record
c. Mechanic
- Minimum experience 2 years in related job.
- Understand trouble-shooting hydraulic and diesel engines.

d. Welder
- Minimum experience 2 years in related job.
