QA/QC Coordinator ( Balikpapan Base)
Responsibilities:
Maintain Quality Management System and ensure all paper work are completed
100% Crane Inspection (includes inspection in the weekend and at night)
Inspect all incoming and outgoing equipments / tools
Review Quality Requirements in Purchase Request / Purchase Order before issuing PO to suppliers
Follow up outstanding Quality Documents from supplier upon receiving
Monitor and arrange for tools’ calibration
Coordinate and communicate our Quality Requirements with supplier
On-site inspection and witness upon request
Conduct supplier audit
Conduct quality related trainings
Weatherford meets the requirements, monitor the progress, allocate actions and close out customer non-conformance reports (CNCR’s)
Assist in the development of Product Line Specific QHSE packages for the district
Qualifications:
· Competent supervisory skills.
· Good employee interpersonal skills.
· Mechanical, machining aptitude.
· Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
· Strong written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
· Basic understanding of Weatherford oilfield product and operations
· Ability to communicate with people at all levels
· Ability to work to tight deadlines
· Has full knowledge with API Spec 7, 5CT, DS-1 and related oil and gas standard.
· Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
· Mature, independent resourceful and organized
· 5 years in supervisory position, ideally within oilfield service company
