SENIOR LEGAL/LEGAL COUNSEL
Responsibilities:
Act as an internal legal advisor to all departments & company’s management
Analyze and review all legal contracts related to company’s business
Able to do legal drafting
Monitor & up date company legal documentation, rule and regulation related to company’s business
Handle company's legal documents and filing system (agreements/ contracts, deeds, certificates, permits, licenses)
Requirements:
Male / Female, Max 40 years old
Minimum S1 Legal from reputable and recognized university
Min. 4 years experience for Senior Legal and 2 years for Legal Counsel in mining company
Deep understanding of all Indonesian law aspect especially mining Law in Indonesia
Excellent English is a must
Proficient in MS office application
Having good communication skill and dealing with government institution
Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill
