RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources
- Formulation Departmental strategic planning and its implementation.
- Organising and Supervising activities within HR & GA Department
- Developing and updating Departmental Operation Procedure
- Coordinate with other Departments/Projects to prepare Company’s Manpower Planning
- Managing employee’s relation i.e. Couching and counselling, Employment Dispute,
Retrenchment.
- Developing and updating company’s regulation
- Government realtion on various particular issues
- Maintaining and updating salary scale policy
- Managing Human Resources Procurement, covering viz: Recruitment, Selection, Employment,
Placement and Orientation.
- Maintaining and updating potential applicant’s database.
- Organising annual performance appraisal program.
- Organising Training & Education Program
- Managing employee’s movement planning
- Maintaining and updating Personnel Information system
- Carrying out salary administration / Payroll
- Maintaining personnel data files
- Handling insurance matters i.e. Jamsostek and Medical (Hospitalisation, out patient)
- Attendance and leave recording.
General Affairs:
- Maintaining company’s legal documents.
- Obataining required permits / Licences from the government and association
- Managing office inventory and it’s insurance, office cleaning, and decoration
- Managing guesthouses and or expatriates houses
- Managing social activities i.e. company’s party, exhibition, hospitalisation, etc.
- Obtaining and updating expatriate permits, viz, RPTKA, VISA, KITTAS, Work Permit, STMD,
STMD, SKJ, AKPPS, SKTT, MERP, PBA.
- Managing courier services, i.e. packages, documents, and clearance incoming Personnal
Effects
- Procuring required printing and stationaries.
- Managingcompany’s general archiving.
- Organising and supervising back office activities (office boy, messenger, copy services, office
cleaning and decoration).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree preferably from Law.
- Having experience 5 years in the same field
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good leadership
- Problem solver
- Hardworker and able to work in a tight schedule
- Able to operate computer
- Honest
