Degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
Polish mining certificate for supervision of drilling activities (3rd level would be an advantage)
Min 10 years experience in Drilling Operations and Engineering, including 5 years in a Senior Supervisor capacity.
Experienced in the design of well programmes (as opposed to the implementation of programmes prepared by others).
Polish speaker
5 or more years International Experience
Very good knowledge of the English language.
The ability to lead and manage.
Results oriented with the ability to prioritize and deliver results.
Good organisational skills
Computer literacy and ability to analyse numerical and graphical data
Good written and verbal communication skills.
