Job Description:
Manage all recruitment activities, covering several points:
Sourcing of candidates
Liaise with candidates, universities, users, and other related parties
Perform several steps of selection process
Provide regular report of the selection activities and achievement of the target
Requirement:
Graduate from Psychological Professional Program or Magister of Psychology, fresh graduate is acceptable
Minimum GPA 3.00 scale of 4.00
Good English Proficiency
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Willing to travel frequently to several cities in Indonesia
Willing to work under contract basis
