Corporate Finance Manager ,
Responsibilities: ,
Responsible for the overall functions of Finance & Accounting. ,
Cost control and analyzing of all expenditures.
Preparing feasibility study and business plan for new projects. ,
Preparing monthly financial statement and necessary corporate reporting. ,
Responsible for product costing, cost controls and cost variance analysis. ,
High involvement in pricing strategy and determination. ,
Support business processes to ensure the smooth operation of the financial and operational department. ,
Manage and control specific legal and commercial records, contracts and agreements. ,
Regularly assess, consider, seek consultation, compute and ensure that the respective business head unit is aware of and take necessary steps to minimize business risk. ,
Preparing in execution of Merger & Acquisition deals. ,
Requirements: ,
Male/Female, Max 35 years old. ,
Bachelor’s Degree majoring Finance/Accounting from reputable University, min GPA 3.00; Master Degree in Accounting would be preferred. ,
Strong Finance background with min. 8 years working experience in corporate finance, business development, corporate valuation, public accounting firm or multinational company. ,
Min. 3 years working experiences in execution of Merger & Acquisition deals is a must. ,
Strategic thinker but also an executor, with strong communication skill. ,
Familiar with Financial Modeling and Capital Budgeting. ,
Familiar with Financing, Refinancing or Restructuring. ,
Smart, committed, energetic, team player, proactive with good working attitude. ,
Able to meet deadline and maintain performance under pressure. ,
English proficiency is a must. ,
Good with details. ,
