Responsibilities:
Manage and drive sales within a designated territory
Formulate and agree on annual sales projections with the Business Development Manager
Develop and formulate sales and service plan for assigned territory
Implement strategies for key account management and to provide effective commercial and technical support to all customers and distributors
Compile and update customer records with comprehensive details on all customers/distributors
Attend regular customer visit and prepare monthly sales reports
Conduct plant surveys, seminars and training
Investigate and recommend new products and services for increased market penetration and optimization
Requirements:
Technical qualification ideally a Degree in Science or Engineering discipline
Strong knowledge of mining operation business in Indonesia (particularly Sumatera & Sulawesi, or Kalimantan)
Good selling and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written in English)
Proficient in Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, Power Point
Willing to work at site and travel extensively
