DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assisting Project Manager in project administration tasks, working closely with project team/expert in project database management, maintaining project schedule (field trip, reporting) in the organization and completion of projects conducted by the Company;
2. Working in conjunction with other staff in office;
3. collecting project document in client related to project both hardcopies or softcopies;
4. Organizing project documentation (both in hardcopies and electronic files);
5. Ensuring deadlines on every project phase;
6. Making sure that the electronic files of reports kept in the server are the latest versions;
6. Ensuring quality control on all documents produced; and
7. Assisting the Company in development and preparing marketing materials (flysheet, project summary, etc).
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
1. A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Computer Science and/or related fields of specialization;
2. Minimum 1 years experience in project administration;
3. Computer skills: MS Office, MS Project (or other additional as an advantage);
4. Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills;
5. Good English writing and speaking skills.
6. Willing to work under pressure in meeting assignments deadline;
7. Willing to travel around Indonesia for a short term assignments;
8. Fresh graduated are welcome;
