ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Finance support including but not limited to:

· Assist user departments with all financial information needed for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including the coordination and development of various estimates and budgets

· Perform well reconciliations of casing, tubulars, mud, cement, bits, etc. relative to data in Daily Drilling Reports; prepare invoices as required based on reconciliation balances

· Validate invoice rates from mob to demob for equipment, materials and labor day rates, ensuring that payment terms match contract agreements

· Monitor drilling inventory movements and advise well costs are accounted for accurately based on material (as reported from the daily drilling well report)

· Ensure accurate charges and allocations to the wells and the gas plant

· Assist in preparing drilling AFEs and drilling well cost accruals

· Assist in determining SAP account coding of invoices

· Ensure accurate presentation of costs for audit purposes

· Review Drilling first spend cost centers actual vs budget cost

· Become focal point on Drilling G&A cost for all Indonesia Operated Assets

· Liaise with KL Shared Services to ensure reporting requirements are met

· Prepare AFE close-out figures; monitor approval received from BPMigas


REQUIREMENT:
· Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP accounting system

· Must be able to effectively participate in drilling and project review meetings as a proactive cost management resource and to liaise with finance staff in local and foreign offices

· Ability to understand contract terms and conditions

· Team player who can work closely with project staff in development of well activity budgets, cost estimates, AFE's and forecast updates

· Minimum five (5) years experience in energy industry accounting for development projects including drilling activities

· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance

· Familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP

· Knowledge on BPMIGAS regulations and reporting

· Good written & verbal skills in English
