Head of Financial Data Centre (Code: JP 109)

As part of Decision Support, Financial Data Center team is responsible to ensure the integrity of Bank Data Warehouse to facilitate timely and accurate information being provided to the business in order to support Management in making strategic business decisions.

· Project manage data quality improvement initiatives and ensure effective

resource allocation across divisions

· Facilitate the development and training of best practice data quality policies,

procedures and methodologies

· Communicate with business units to ensure expectations for data quality

initiatives are in-line with what can be delivered

· Guide and support requirements and testing of data quality initiatives

· Focal point for architectural coordination for all information-related approved

initiatives

· Plan for infrastructure efficiencies, linkage, cleansing and usage of data

· Ensure implementation of remediation of issues

· Actively manage team resource requirements in order to maintain key

objectives in consideration of the business growths

· Ensure all risk are highlighted, collated and resolution sought in a timely

manner

Requirements:

Male / Female Min. Bachelor Degree majoring in Management Information Systems or Information Technology from reputable university
Min. 8 years experience in IT with min. 5 years in Finance/Banking Data Warehouse/MIS supervisory role
Experience in setting up and/or maintaining data warehouse for a financial institution
Strong knowledge of data warehouse/data management best practice
Strong knowledge of financial/banking products
Strong analytical financial analysis skill
Able to work well under pressure & deadline
Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Excellent in written and spoken English
Having strong leadership qualities, ability to delegate responsibilities and manage team members.

Regulatory Reporting Unit Head (Code: JP 110)

· To ensure that the Bank complies with all regulatory, tax and statutory

reporting, i.e.: weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual requirements and BI

audit

· To review key financial ratio compliance to regulatory and/or internal

policies; and escalate to management if necessary

· To ensure all reports are accurate, within prescribed time lines and that

minimal penalty charges by central bank regulators are incurred

· Undertake periodic reviews of the activities and processes to ensure

operational integrity and full reconciliation to the general ledger and

other financial reporting systems

· To enhance the relationship with BI for both financial and

compliance issues and insight into proposed regulation amendments

· Provide advice and guidance in relation to the introduction of new

products and services by the bank through the consideration of both

local regulations plus any other statutory considerations that may be

relevant

Specific Requirements:

Male / Female Min.30 years old
Min. Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance from reputable university
Having experience at least 4-5 years experience in Finance Division
Experience in Accounting for Financial Reporting capacity specific on BI Reporting especially in handling new LBU Basel II
Completion of advanced finance or management courses would be an advantage
Strong analytical financial analysis skill
