Labview Projects Engineer

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and sustain Labview-based ATE for PCB assemblies and final product functional test.
Complete ATE life cycle responsibility from concept to completion.
ATE implementation including operator training.
Work cross functionally with all stakeholders.

Requirements:
Electrical, instrumentation or electronics background.
Customer-oriented.
Minimum 2 years experience with Labview.
Knowledge in data acquisition, sensor interfacing and test strategy.
Communicative.
Experience with electronics hardware and circuit debugging would be a strong plus.
Good spoken and written English
Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau


Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager

Responsibilities:
Guides all levels of department and functional leaders to aggressively introduce and advance continuous improvement and lean manufacturing as the culture within the operating units.
In collaboration with business unit, department and functional leaders drives projects to achieve the division’s cost reduction targets as well as non-financial metrics in areas of delivery, quality, product flow and improved customer experience.
Leads continuous improvement throughout the operating units and increases efficiency in manufacturing operations through contemporary Lean Manufacturing and Supply Chain management concepts, tools and methods.
Aggressively works to make continuous improvement self-sustaining; providing leadership and training for on site Process Leaders to lead a company-wide coordinated program
Supports operating unit and department leaders to improve the overall customer experience.
Measures overall effectiveness of the program and serves as a conduit for best practice sharing across the company.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field Experience with electro-mechanical machinery manufacturing processes Experience in brownfield conversions to lean manufacturing cultures
Minimum of five years in a managerial and/or technical leadership role Strong experience in Lean MFG / Lean Business Practices Broad knowledge of how to link customer allegiance and continuous improvement with business goals and ROI methodology.
Demonstrated success in effectively influencing in a matrixed/cross- functional environment while building strong business relationships across all business units and functional departments.
Exceptional analytical capability and proven problem solving.
Detailed knowledge of quality theory and continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
Self motivated with a passion for leading continuous improvement and change Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, time management, decision-making, and conflict management skills Comfortable in conversing at all levels within the organization.
Ability to multi-task
Be willing to travel domestically and internationally (routinely 60%) Demonstrates the Esco Values of Attitude, Commitment, Competence, Communication, and Growth
Excellent written and spoken English
Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
