OBJECTIVE
Assist Human Resources Development Manager in organizing and coordination of people development functions in order to support the business operations excellence within the organization.
REQUIREMENT
a. Minimum Bachelor Degree from Reputable University
b. 2-3 years experience in Human Resources / Learning Development
c. Experience in developing learning module/ curriculum
d. Good facilitating and teaching skill
e. Good in computer skill with excellent in Power Point
f. Good administration and financial recording
g. Fluent communication skills in English, verbal and written
