B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering and equivalent field of Drilling Engineering M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering is preferable.
7+ years of experience having general knowledge of a majority of aspects of drilling engineering, such as well design, tubular design,
well control, wellbore stability, drilling hydraulics, mud selection, solid control, environmental considerations, bit selections, rig selection, drill string design, and drilling optimization.
Strong understanding of applicable science and technology and client business and operational processes'
Understand industry workflows and is able to identify significant economic benefits in applying the integrated approach.
Must have excellent presentation skills, be self-motivated, have excellent work ethics, excellent communication skill, and have a dedication to corporate values and needs.
Considered a superior technical resource.
Ability to lead project from technical to non-technical.
