Recruitment & Employment Officer (R&E-OF)
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Minimum S1 degree, from reputable university in Psychology or with relevant studies
- Having minimum 1-2 years working experience as recruiter in Recruitment Agency and or as Corporate Recruiter from any industry
- Good command in English (oral and written)
- Good Analytical thinking
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Self discipline, interest in HR and or recruitment industry
Responsibilities::
- Managing recruitment projects from conception to implementation
- To do end to end recruitment process (psychological test, interview, and hiring finalization)
- Handle recruitment project and any task required to support recruitment function
- Handle employment system and process from hiring to termination
