a. Civil Engineering background
b. Able to operate AutoCad
c. Minimum 3 years experiences
d. Has Experience in structural & earthwork project, and also civil calculation
e. Has Experience in project management (budgeting & project estimation)
h. Has Experience to review and produce technical work procedure
e. Can work under pressure and fluent in English
