Responsibilities :

· To define and develop marketing strategy and sales tactis of the product

· To achieve genuine sales target and profit in his/her district including to grow the business sales

· To manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities

To understand and keep up to date on competitor products, services and marketing/advertising strategies
To develop and implement marketing Develop and promote new opportunities, ensure timely closure of opportunities.
Ensure sales marketing is in alignment with overall business objectives to achieve company revenue goals
To propose and manage budget of Department effectively
Requirement:

Male/Female, max 40 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree (Mining/Industrial/Mechanical) or equivalent
At least 5 years relevant experience (Oil & gas Industry will be advantage)
Possess excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
Able to direct, lead and motivate a team
Excellent written and oral English skills required
Computer literate


PROCUREMENT MANAGER (PM)

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities :

· Handles and responsible for procurement common and specialty good process

· Initiates, organizes and facilitates contractor development, contractor selection, and contractor performance management.

· Be responsible to achieve job target and develop also maintain team work of his/her staff.

Requirements :

· Male/ Female, max 40 years old

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Mining or equivalent

· At least 5 years experience as Procurement Manager, preferably in oil & gas, and others related

Good analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership and able to manage, coordinate and facilitate team to ensure efficiency, reliability and effectiveness
· A team player who is also able to work independently, good interpersonal skill, and target oriented.

Highly developed communication and presentation skills
Quick response and able to work under pressure
· Fluency in spoken and written English is a must

Sales & Marketing Staff (SMS)

(Jakarta)



Responsibilities :

Market survey and analysis of gas in industries/ (Independent Power Producer/ IPP) / City Gas
Product Presentation to Potential Clients.
Develop and maintain the existing clients to keep information on the products update.
Find new clients for several market segments.
Create New Market for the products.
To achieve sales target
Requirements :

Male, max. 35 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree (Techniques or equivalent)
At least 2 years of working experience especially in Sales & Marketing
Experience in Oil & Gas Industry will be advantage
Fluency in spoken and written English
Computer Literate
Good Presentation skill
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self motivated, dynamic, can work independently or as team member
Responsible to deadline, a hard/ tough worker with good attitude

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF (FAS)

(Jakarta and Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

Handle Accounts payable & receivable, collection and Bank Reconciliation
Manage petty cash, record management / keeping & filing
Maintain general ledger, Invoicing, Inventory
Maintain & control Prepaid Revenue, Collection and Inventory activity by daily basis
Preparing monthly Accounting & Financial report

Qualifications:

Male/ Female, max 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Min. 2 years of relevant experience in finance & accounting function
Having Brevet A & B certification will be advantage
Good understanding of accounting concept & principles
· Fluency in spoken and written English is a must

· Able to operate Computer MS Office skills in Word and Excel

· Proficient in financial report, cost accounting and tax matters

Hard worker, honest, discipline, can work under pressure, in team or independently
Propotional attention to details and good memory for numbers


Technical Staff (TS)

(Jakarta and Surabaya)

Responsibilties :

v Provide the best service to customer and is ready available to manage customer issues

v Provide necessary datas of gas consuming from customer per daily/weekly and monthly by ensuring the information is complete and up to date.

v Handle customer complain for further follow –up

v Coordinate with user (customers) to know gas consuming and to ensure customers about the forecast of gas consuming

v Delivers the billing to customers

v Reports to Customer Service Supervisor

Qualifications :

Male, max 30 years old
Hold min Diploma degree (D3) in Technique (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
Min 2 years experience in technical service area
Experience in Oil and Gas Company will be advantage
Excellent written and oral English skills required
Good Presentation skill
Computer literate
Highly motivated, good personality, communication skill, interpersonal relationship

PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER (PDE)

(Jakarta)

Requirements :

· Male, min 30 years old

· Min. Bachelor Degree (Mechanical, Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent

· 5-7 years experience in Oil and Gas Process and Construction

· Familiar with mechanical and piping/ PDMS Software

· Required skill (s): Modeling, Generating output deliverable documents, Piping layout, Isometric, Pipe Support Standards.

· Excellent written and oral English skills required

· Computer literate

· Self motivated, dynamic, can work independently or as team member

· Responsible to deadline, a hard/ tough worker with good attitude


ADMIN STAFF (AS)

(Jakarta and Surabaya)

Requirements :

Female, max 25 years old
Min. Graduate from DIII majoring Secretary, Administration, Communication, Literature from reputable university
Min. 2 years experiences as front office attendant/ receptionist/ admin
Computer literate
Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
Good interpersonal skill and communications skill
Responsible and trustworthy with confidential information
