SECRETARY
Qualifications:
1. Performs secretarial duties including composition of important letters and memorandums, maintains calendar, coordinates meetings, develops and maintains filing system, maintains records and prepares reports, handling multiple tasks and completing them in a timely manner.
2. Female with age max 29 years old.
3. Must have good Microsoft Word and computer skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Fluent in English both oral and written
6. Strong filing and organizing skills. Able to handle multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
7. Able to work well with staff, members, and public.
8. Demonstrated ability to be discreet, flexible, work independently, and prioritize and manage assignments and triage situations to expedite handling of important matters.
9. Ability to produce quality work under deadline pressure.
10. Good looking and have pleasant personality.
