Serving largely companies in the financial, IT and telecommunication sectors, we specialize in generating high sales growth, improving call centre performance and profit generating customer service. And to aid our expansion, we are looking for individual with initiative and drive to join our team in our Indonesia office.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :

· Researching actively for potential clients.

· Pursuing and maintaining new business relationships.

· Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients.

· Prepare/ present client presentations and proposals.

· Following up clients continuously and responding to client enquiries.

· Securing business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationship with current and potential clients.

Requirements :

· Having minimum Bachelor degree with sales and business background

· Minimum 1 year experience either in sales/business development or marketing function.

· Preferably having experience in PR/ Media agencies.

· Pleasant disposition, good interpersonal and communication skills

· Strategic thinking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects

· Speaks fluent English

· Able to thrive in competitive and dynamic environment.

· Possess strong entrepreneurial spirit.

· Result oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and committed to finish the task

· Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
