TUJUAN:
Memberikan pelatihan secara komprehensif untuk membantu individu atau organisasi dalam memahami persyaratan teknis dan pelaksanaan standar yang sangat penting dalam operasi pipa, pemeliharaan, desain, inspeksi dan instalasi, dan memberikan sebuah kajian mendalam dari desain konstruksi, inspeksi, dan operasi pemeliharaan,
MATERI TRAINING:
1. Definition: Piping, Piping system, Piping components
2. Piping Component: Pipe & tube, Fitting (e.g. elbows, reducers, branch, connections, flanges,etc.), Gaskets, Bolting,Valves, Pipe support, Special items such as expansion joints
3. Piping Drawing: Site plan, Equipment layout, Piping layout (plan), Isometric, support drawing (e.g. Solid works piping software)
4. Design:
ASME B31.3 provides requirements for: Design, Materials, Fabrication, Erection, Inspection, Testing.
ASME B31.3 applied to piping and piping components of all fluid services.
ASME B31.3: Scope exlusions specified
5. Pipe Work
Weld Test include: Tensile, Bending, Impacting, Hardness
Material work: Fabricate, test, certificate, Test (spectrograph), Storing.
