Our client is a leading joint venture multinational petrochemical company between England and Japan, located at Merak-Banten. They produce the Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA); the chemical raw material which is used by polyester producers as the raw material of textile industry, clothing fabrics and home furnishing.
To provide and overcome the current and future challenge, they are looking for the professional, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the vacant position as MAINTENANCE PLANNING SECTION MANAGER at Merak Plant
Education: Minimum S1 Mecahnical Engineer
Working Experience: Previously worked as a Planner Maintenance and Maintenance Engineer at petrochemical plants, oil and gas refineries, fertilizer plants, pulp and paper, or power plant with minimum 8 years working services
Job qualification:
1. Understanding of safety management practices
2. Understand the working principle and components of Rotating Equipment (Compressor, Pump, Agitator, Steam Turbine, etc)
3. Understand the working principle and components of Static Equipment (Pressure vessels, tanks, piping & valve, heat exchanger, safety valve, etc.)
4. Understanding the maintenance management system and be able to plan and create a program Preventive Maintenance Predictive Maintenance, and Turn Around (overhaul)
5. Understanding Material Management system, and manage the spare parts orders, inventory of stock, fast / slow moving spare parts etc.
6. Able to make schedule and control the maintenance and project
7. Have a knowledge and be able to seek maintenance resources (materials, tools and equipment, contractor services, etc.)
8. Ability to create and organize document service maintenance contract with the third party.
9. Could speak English and can communicate in English orally and in writing very well
10. Having strong leadership, good attitude and personal relationships
11. Have a good computer skills and are expected to have an experience using SAP PM and MM systems.
