Requirements :
- Prepare and frequently revise the Security Plan for the project, and ensures
that the Project Security Plan respects all applicable Corporate Security
Guidelines.
- Organise adequate physical security measures and is responsible for the
protection of Project’ sites and personnel
- Assess security measures implemented at all project sites and report
immediately any inadequacies or incident to the Project Management Team, and the
Human Resources Manager.
- Prepare and maintain updated all instructions and procedures applicable to the
project. Coordinate with local authorities in case of a security incident or
critical situations, at project level.
- Coordinate the circulation of information, processes and training guidelines
at project level.
- Ensure the availability of information concerning the geographical location of
all personnel.
- Perform thorough investigations following incidents or critical situations.
- Provide the results of periodic reports and self-assessment reports
- Coordinate security issues with Client’ security representatives
- Ensure the flow of information and operational support to the Security
Supervisor or Security Manager
- Cooperate with local security forces and in compliance with the rules in force
in the host country
- Advise the Project Management Team on security rules, procedures and measures
to be implemented
- Supervise surveillance personnel of local security providers contracted by the
project
- Organise, supervise and maintain the security communications radio network
- In liaison with the Project Management, ensure that instructions and
procedures are complied with
